Organised by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the Monte-Carlo Gala for Planetary Health, dedicated this year to the Ocean, the Earth and Mankind, will take place on Thursday 24 September on the terraces of the Monte-Carlo Opera House, with international music icon Sting as guest of honour

After Leonardo Di Caprio, Orlando Bloom and Robert Redford, the 17-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist will be honoured this year for his deep commitment to the preservation of the planet and indigenous communities. At this time of global health crisis, the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation is delighted with the partnership established this year with the Monegasque and International Red Cross, within the framework of the Gala, which will enable the Foundation to support some of their field projects.
The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and its partners, the Yacht Club of Monaco, the Société des Bains de Mer, the Oceanographic Institute, the Monaco Yacht Show, the New National Museum of Monaco and the Monaco Private Label have joined forces for the Monte-Carlo Gala for Planetary Health to put human health and the health of the planet at the heart of the discussions This is a clear desire to support the attractiveness of the Principality, its hotel business and its economy, which have been affected by the pandemic, at a time when the Monaco Yacht Show usually takes place at the end of September, by complying with the Government of Monaco’s health standards. The health of the participants is the first priority.
